It is one of the Foundation's locally recognized programs, which aims to address the issue of unemployment among young people and targets young people of both sexes from graduates of universities, intermediate institutes, community colleges and their level to the unemployed and those who need great support to secure job opportunities.

The programs in this track provide the professional and practical skills needed by local companies through extensive partnerships with hundreds of employers and education experts at the local, regional and international levels, so that the beneficiaries of these programs are linked to job opportunities in several fields such as technology, sales, commercial, construction and healthcare.
